Convenience: This place is situated close to all the cool stuff to see and do around here. It's just a hop, skip, and a jump away from all the action in town 🏞️. Everything was cool, we'd totally recommend it to everyone we know!

The location was absolutely perfect, with a nice short walk to shops, eateries, shopping, dining in Estes Park. Estes Valley Dog Park was conveniently located nearby.

The property was tidy and the staff was helpful and excellent. I was offered a room with pleasant views of the mountains. It had a magnificent and perfect location, just off Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

The location is great, very close to shops, eateries, and a fantastic restaurant called Nicky's Steak. I stayed in a queen room for 3 nights with a comfortable mattress and a lovely balcony that I thoroughly enjoyed.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fairly clean. The location was nice, right by stores and the downtown area. It was a 10-minute walk to the Estes Lake Trail.

The location was perfect, close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, and the staff treated us with friendliness and understanding.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast menu better would be if they had tea bags available, as not everyone drinks coffee.
